Mental wellness and resilience are just as important as academic success. This 5-day full-day camp helps kids develop emotional strength, mindfulness, stress management techniques, and healthy habits in a fun, interactive way. Through engaging activities, movement, mindfulness exercises, and team-based challenges, kids will learn how to manage emotions, build confidence, and take care of their mental and physical well-being.Each day focuses on a different pillar of mental wellness, incorporating games, discussions, hands-on activities, and movement to make learning fun and engaging!
Day 1: Mindfulness & Managing Big Emotions

Day 3: Stress Busters – How to Handle Worries & Tough Days
Day 4: The Power of Health & Exercise (Sports-Focused Day) – Note this day may include half a day at a sports venue

Sports build more than just strength—it build resilience, confidence, and a never-give-up mindset. This fun and high-energy 5-day camp will teach kids how to push through challenges, bounce back from setbacks, and develop the mental toughness needed to succeed—not just in sports, but in life.
Each day includes:
- Engaging sports challenges that push kids outside their comfort zone. The sports include - rugby, soccer, hockey, volleyball, cricket, and more
- Teamwork-based activities that develop communication and leadership
- Downtime discussions on grit, growth mindset, and handling setbacks
This camp is run in partnership with Shaws Little League.
(Note, we recommend pairing this camp with our Strong Minds, Strong Futures camp. Transport will be provided from The Cage to the Saturday campus).

These high-energy, hands-on 5-day camps teach kids and teens how to generate ideas, take action, and develop an entrepreneurial mindset in an age-appropriate and engaging way.
This camp introduces young kids to the basics of problem-solving, creativity, and leadership through fun, interactive activities that inspire an entrepreneurial mindset.
