Meet Our Founder: Liane Shaw
With over 20 years of experience in education, teaching, and coaching, Liane Shaw has dedicated the bulk of her career to helping adults and kids unlock their true potential. She believes that life’s challenges are not roadblocks but stepping stones to growth.
Liane’s journey has taken her from the corporate world as a taxation lawyer, to running her own businesses. As the Chief of Play at Shaws Preschool, Liane witnessed firsthand how young children flourish in an environment that fosters confidence, independence, and curiosity. But she also realized that once kids leave preschool, there’s a gap—a lack of structured guidance to help them navigate the next crucial years of their lives. From ages 7 to 20, kids, teens, and young adults are expected to figure things out on their own, but many struggle with self-doubt, lack of direction, and a world that moves too fast.
Determined to bridge this gap, Liane created Saturday—a coaching initiative designed to equip young people with the grit, leadership, and mindset they need to succeed in an ever-evolving world. Liane knows first-hand what it takes to push through obstacles and achieve big goals. She brings that same drive, energy, and passion into every coaching session.
She founded Saturday to give young people the tools, mindset, and support they need to succeed in an ever-evolving world.
