Grit & Resilience Through Sports 

Sports build more than just strength—it build resilience, confidence, and a never-give-up mindset. This fun and high-energy 5-day camp will teach kids how to push through challenges, bounce back from setbacks, and develop the mental toughness needed to succeed—not just in sports, but in life.

Each day includes:
- Engaging sports challenges that push kids outside their comfort zone
. The sports include - rugby, soccer, hockey, volleyball, cricket, and more
- Teamwork-based activities that develop communication and leadership
- Downtime discussions on grit, growth mindset, and handling setbacks

This camp is run in partnership with Shaws Little League.
(Note, we recommend pairing this camp with our Strong Minds, Strong Futures camp. Transport will be provided from The Cage to the Saturday campus).

Camp schedule

2 to 6 June (Monday to Friday- 9am to 12noon)

21 to 25 July (Monday to Friday- 9am to 12noon)

Venue – The Cage @ Kallang (note that this camp is not held at the Saturday Clubhouse)
