Great leaders aren’t born—they’re built. This immersive camp is designed to challenge teens to step up, think critically, and lead with confidence in any situation. Through hands-on experiences, group challenges, and real-world leadership scenarios, participants will develop the skills, mindset, and resilience to take charge of their future.
Day 1: Becoming a Confident Leader and stepping outside of your comfort zone
Day 2: Communication & Expressing ideas with confidence
Day 3: Problem-Solving & Making Smart Choices
Day 4: Mini Kintsugi Workshop, focusing on Resilience
Day 5: Teamwork and negotiation
By the end of the camp, kids leave more confident, capable, and ready to take on leadership roles in school, sports, and friendships.
