Saturday Leadership is more than just a coaching programme, it's a vibrant, inspiring community where children/teens and young people are empowered to take charge of their learning and their lives. As someone who is part of the team, I feel genuinely proud and privileged to work alongside such passionate, dedicated coaches who bring out the best in every learner we work with. From the moment you step into a Saturday Leadership camp or session, there's a buzz of excitement, purpose, and positivity. The energy is infectious, and it’s clear that this is a space where young people are not just being taught, they’re being listened to, guided, and encouraged to believe in themselves. The camps are a highlight of the programme. Whether it's a half-term or holiday break, these immersive, fun-filled sessions combine leadership development, confidence-building, and academic growth. They're expertly structured yet full of creativity, allowing young people to explore who they are, what they want, and how to get there, all while having fun and making new friends. Seeing shy children come out of their shell or previously unmotivated students become goal-setters is one of the most rewarding parts of being involved. The 1-2-1 coaching is where the magic often happens. It’s incredibly powerful to work closely with a young person, helping them navigate challenges, identify their goals, and create a plan to achieve them. These sessions are tailored, personal, and full of “lightbulb moments” when you see the shift in mindset, the growth in confidence, and the motivation to succeed begin to take root. It's truly transformational. Saturday Leadership also offers a range of programmes, covering everything from academic support to emotional wellbeing, mindset training, and future planning. What sets the programme apart is its holistic approach, it’s not just about grades or short-term wins. It’s about equipping young people with the tools, mindset, and belief to take ownership of their educational journey and shape their own futures. The entire coaching team deserves to be celebrated. Every member brings something unique, whether it's their professional expertise, personal experience, or boundless energy. We all share a deep belief in the potential of every child and a commitment to walking alongside them as they dream big, take bold steps, and achieve incredible things. There’s a real sense of unity and passion in everything we do. Working at Saturday Leadership is not just a job, it’s a calling. I love helping both little ones and older students realise that their dreams are valid, their goals are achievable, and they have everything within them to succeed. It’s about planting seeds of belief and watching them grow. Dream it. Do it. Achieve it! Leadership. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent, carer, or young person looking for a place to grow, thrive, and lead.Posted on ramesh ganesonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I sent my introvert teenage daughter recently for a leadership camp with Saturday Leadership. She was initially anxious about the camp cause she is naturally shy and cautious. I was actually concerned she may not complete the camp. In fact, the complete opposite happened. She attended the first day of the camp, and found it fun and engaging, so much so, she looked forward to the session each morning, of the 5-day leadership camp. I can see a sense of confidence growing in my child after the camp. She expresses better, and is less shy or hesitant. She also seems to be more assured of herself, speaking up when she needs to. She started even being more entrepreneurial, baking her own chocs and looking at how she can create novel ideas - a visible difference to what she was before the camp. I would like to thank Coaches Liane and Michealina for making a difference to my child's ability of discovering her inner strengths. They have a done a great job inspiring my child, and am confident, it's the case for many others. I will certainly recommend this workshop for children who are keen to build their confidence and explore their fullest potential. Best part of it is, it's a whole lot of fun! It’s not just about teaching life skills or entrepreneurship—it’s about helping teens believe in themselves and realise what they’re capable of. What really stood out to me was the passion and dedication of the coaches. They’re not just instructors—they’re mentors who genuinely care. They take the time to understand each student, guide them through challenges, and push them to grow. You can feel how invested they are in every teen’s journey. The confidence, resilience, and leadership skills that students walk away with are real and lasting. Saturday gives them more than knowledge—it gives them the mindset and tools to take initiative, lead with purpose, and create their own path. If you’re looking for a place where young people are truly seen, supported, and empowered, Saturday is it.Posted on Jayne LeongTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great Camp That Teaches Real-Life Skills! My daughter really enjoyed the Junior Entrepreneurs Camp. I love how it teaches practical and important skills like understanding money, pricing, and profit — all in a fun, age-appropriate way. It’s rare to find a programme that makes business and financial concepts so relatable and exciting for kids. The environment is warm and welcoming, and the teacher was incredibly engaging — energetic, thoughtful, and really brought the best out of each child. My daughter came home each day full of stories and ideas, genuinely excited to learn. What really impressed me is how well the school involves parents. Every day, they send a colourful, thoughtfully designed report with photos and summaries of what the kids did, along with simple suggestions for how we can reinforce the learning at home. No other school we’ve attended has been this proactive and intentional about parent engagement — it made me feel truly included in my child’s learning journey. This camp also fills a meaningful gap that I believe many parents in Singapore quietly feel. Our academic system is strong — with its focus on discipline, structured learning, and academic achievement — and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. But what’s often missing is space for creativity, practical thinking, and real-world application. That’s exactly where this camp shines. It helps kids like mine understand how things work in everyday life — from making smart decisions to managing money and presenting their ideas. It builds confidence, communication, and problem-solving skills — whether or not they grow up to be entrepreneurs. I honestly haven’t found another provider like this. Highly recommend for any parent who wants their child to grow beyond the classroom and gain life-ready skills.Posted on Bindu BTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What impresses me most about Saturday, beyond the professional structure and quality of the curriculum—is the genuine heart behind everything they do. The team of coaches is fully committed to helping the children discover who they are, build resilience, and develop the confidence to lead with purpose. Even knowing the owner personally, I can confidently say that the results speak for themselves. I’ve heard stories from families about how this coaching has sparked new motivation, clarity, and maturity in their teens. It’s more than leadership training—it’s a launchpad for life. If you're looking for a program that blends mentorship, skill-building, and real personal growth for your child, I can't recommend this company highly enough. They care deeply, they deliver consistently, and they make a difference!Posted on Eviee Rae EdwardsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
