Terms & Conditions | Saturday Coaching Holiday Workshops and Group Coaching Workshops

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all programs and services provided by Saturday Coaching.
1. Privacy Policy
Saturday Coaching respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of individuals and organizations we work with. Any data collected is used solely for the purpose of delivering our coaching programs and services.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required to secure your place for any of our programmes, and must be made before attending any of the programmes. Places will not be held until payment is made.
3. Cancellation & Transfer Policy
If you need to cancel or transfer your enrolment, written notice must be provided in advance. The following penalties apply:

No refund (100% of the tuition fee will be charged).
4. Rescheduling or Cancellation by Saturday Coaching
Saturday Coaching reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program under the following conditions:
If the minimum number of participants is not met.
Due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, venue issues).
In such cases, participants will be given the option to:
Transfer to the next available session at no additional cost.
Apply their paid fees toward a different program (with a top-up if required).
Get a full refund of amount paid.
5. Certificate of Completion
A minimum of 80% attendance and completion of all required assessments (if applicable) are required to receive a Certificate of Completion.
6. Photo & Video Release
By participating in our programs, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing before the program starts.
7. Liability
While Saturday provides coaching, workshops, and guidance designed to support and empower your child, we are not liable or responsible for any decisions, actions, or outcomes made by your child following participation in our programs. Parents/guardians understand and agree that their child remains solely responsible for their choices and actions. While Saturday takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants during our programs and holiday camps, we shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, illness, loss, or damage sustained by any child during participation.
