Once you sign up with me, here’s what we’ll do!
This is where you’ll ‘meet’ the coach—me! During this virtual call, you can outline why you are looking for a coach, and what concerns you have regarding your teen. Through this call, we’ll decide if I’m the right coach for your teen, and choose the most suitable package.

This is a session with one or both parents, where you can share more about your concerns, family dynamics, struggles, and of course, happy times and what’s worked well for you too! I would also like to hear about your teen’s social life, school performance, and interests. It is an opportunity for us to connect, before I begin working with your teen.
One-on one sessions with your teen, based on the programme of your choice.
This is a free session valued at S$450. You may have heard of personality profiles or personality tests, which give us an understanding about our strengths and weaknesses, and how we can adapt to various situations or people. However, I don’t do personality tests on teens to avoid labelling them. Instead, I conduct an assessment test known as the Energy Index, which measures a person’s level of energy based on their attitudes and perceptions of the world.
